Tis' the Season

Today was Aubree's official Birthday. She got a little Karoake Machine. She had to wait all day to open it because Jason left before 7a.m. for church meetings and didn't get home until 4p.m. She was so patient. We're having a kid party tomorrow for her.

I was so excited about our Christmas tree because I finally went and got ornaments that I liked!

Our beautiful Tree. Jason wanted this huge 10 ft. tree, so we brought it to Las Vegas from Ephraim, UT on top of our mini van!!

Alexa on the ladder helping us decorate.
Our lovely tree decoraters!

We had a primary party that was a 50's style ice cream social. For every article of faith the kids memorized, they got to choose a topping. We had a great time. All of the presidency was on skates and served the kids along with the bishopric and our music guy. In this picture is Stacy Erickson( Pres.) Tami Bramletta (sec.) Brother Hulme (our fabulous music director) Lianne Gardner (2nd counsler) and me(1st counsler). We really had a fun time and the kids loved it!!
We went to Cedar City for Grandpa Hugh's funeral. While we were there, Kason (Jason's buddy) talked him into going roping. Jason hadn't roped for over 12 years, but picked up right where he left off. He did great and had a ball!! I got to see him rope for the first time and I thought that was pretty cool. I was impressed at how good he was! He's good at everything so I shouldn't have been suprised.
At Grandpa Hugh's funeral we took a family picture. We are missing Tyrell, but other than that it is a great picture I think.

Here is a picture of the boys carrying the casket.

Aubree's cake. She wanted a Barbie cake so that's what we made. It turned out so pretty. Aubree even helped me decorate the bottom of the cake. We made it for a family party at Grandma Ericksen's house when we were up there for Thanksgiving. It was the first family party she had up there and she loved every minute of it. It made her whole birthday.
